Emergency Break are a band that deliver a hectic and hyper set, no matter what. From selling out their own show at The Grace, to headlining The Omeara in October, this band are seriously heading somewhere big, and fast. I can promise you, that you wont want to miss them.

Their newest single tells a serious and emotional story about online fame and its negative effects, following character Jane. (Read our article on that "here").

Overall, they're a band that promises and delivers on a crazy fun time. Expect to be attacked by at least one member at some point. Good luck.

Archangels are a personal favourite band of mine - their music is incredible and their live shows are always a great time. Their newest single " I hate u" takes on a different approach to their typical punk-rock style, a slowed down ballad lamenting over feelings about a relationship that never began. This genre hop is certainly a new sound, yet they have managed to tackle it perfectly - a difficult thing to accomplish.

I really do recommend seeing, or checking out this awesome band!!

The Kairos are a band that i had previously not heard of, but after listening to some of their music over the past couple of weeks i have quickly grown obsessed. Their energetic indie sound is so refreshing to hear after a slow decline in the British indie scene. Their song "Punchline Fistfight" is personally my favourite - i would recommend. Their live shows always guarantee a good time, their live presence is really amazing.

I would strongly encourage seeing these guys at On The Meadow, a seriously great indie band with a stunning stage presence and classic sound is hard to come by now.

The headliners, Larkins are defiantly one to see. Added on top of the already incredible line up, their unique yet familiar sound is reminiscent of bands such as The 1975, and The Wombats. TV Dream, the bands most popular song, is a great summery tune that is a perfect soundtrack for the festival. Larkins music holds such a specific vibe that is such a perfect addition to the festival - i would recommend listening to Sugar Sweet if you're looking to listening to them!

All bands on this line up are 5 star, its really an impressive group. This festival is so wonderful and an awesome place to bring people together! Thank you to On The Meadow for giving us an opportunity to write about it, forever grateful for the opportunity.

Cheers, Grace xx
